Patricia Fox Giracello

Pat started dancing at the age of five and received her early training at Denville Dance Arts in New Jersey. She continued advanced training with her mentor, Phil Grassia. She studied tap, acrobatics, ballet, and jazz. She later taught at his studio prior to her move to San Diego. Pat has danced at Georgia’s School of Dance since 1984 and has been on the faculty since 1999. She teaches tap and children’s combination classes. Pat finds it most rewarding to see the confidence of her youngest dancers grow. “Over a fairly short period of time in dance class their coordination, balance, and motor skills improve, the ability to listen, follow directions, and even social interaction develops and of course, I hope they learn to love dance.”
