Comfortable clothes, bare feet or socks. Yoga or exercise mat and towel. You may also want to bring a strap to use for stretching and a Pilates Magic Circle. The instructor has a limited supply for use in the class.
MAGIC CIRCLE: a flexible ring, usually metal, with padded handles, about 13 inches in diameter; used to provide resistance and neuromuscular feedback in an exercise; especially popular for toning the arms, chest, hips and thighs.
